How To Detox Your Body Your Entire Body Through Your Feet

If you want to get rid of all the toxins altogether with allergies and irritations, here is one more easy method for you.  All you have to do is to make a foot bath and add two cups of hydrogen peroxide and some dried ginger powder to the soak. For best results soak your feet in this mixture for about half an hour.

Clay detox
Another method to clean your body through the feet is the clay detox. Make a foot soak bath with hot water, half cup of Epsom salt, the same amount of bentonite clay and then add few drops of your favorite essential oil. Mix well all the ingredients and soak your feet in the mixture for about 20 minutes.
