This super anti-stress drink contains the top anti-stress foods: cucumber, avocado, leafy greens, seeds, celery, and apples to sweeten it. Apples have a low glycemic index.
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cucumber
- 1 large apple
- celery root
- a handful of baby spinach
- 1/2 ripe avocado
- 1 tsp sunflower seeds, lightly ground
- 1 tsp sesame seeds, lightly ground
- water, optional
Preparation:
- Juice the cucumber, apple, celery and spinach together
- Mash the avocado before adding it to the juice
- Add the seeds to the mix and give it a good stir
- Add water to thin the drink a little
